The recent capture of Hezbollah members in Paraguay has again highlighted the terrorist activities in South America.
The Triborder area of Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina, remains a hub for terrorist and criminals.
Bolivian leadership remains an ally of Venezuela, Nicaragua and Cuba
However, Paraguay police arrested Moussa Ali Hamdan, key Hezbollah leader, in Cuidad del Este based on a tip from the FBI which had identified the terrorist in the Triborder area. Hamdan is accused of helping to finance Hezbollah through counterfeit money and documents.
It has been reported that thousands of Middle Easterners live and conduct criminal business in the Triborder area.
From here they may travel to Mexicao and enter the U.S.
